Bryan Mitchell TEP FTI

Bryan is recognised by the Queensland Law Society by being an Accredited Specialist in Succession Law (Wills & Estates). Bryan and his Firm, Mitchells Solicitors, are recognised in the Doyles Guide as being one of the leaders in Wills, Estates and Succession Planning Layers and Law Firms in 2024. Bryan works exclusively in Succession Law, and has a special interest in helping parents who have a child with a disability with their estate planning. Bryan has recently been appointed to the STEP Council as the Australian & New Zealand Representative.

William Johns TEP CFP

William has over 18 years of experience. He is the CEO and founder of Health & Finance Integrated, and is an elected board director of the Financial Advice Association of Australia. William’s mission is to give people certainty and preserve dignity by finding solutions for their housing, income and support needs, especially when they face complex health, disability or injury issues. William is a leading expert and speaker in his field, and is a passionate disability and human rights advocate.
