Ben completed his Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University in 2021 and 2022 respectively. He was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2022. 

Ben works with Kate to assist clients in the planning of their estates, and with Mehera to assist clients in various aspects of estate administration.

Ben has a particular passion for estate planning and has had experience assisting clients with complex matters relating to trusts, equity and elder law. He enjoys drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney and advance health directives that effectively achieve the outcome of protecting clients’ interests and their assets in accordance with their goals and wishes.
